2. 30-Day Action-Based Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only for members who have demonstrated an earnest attempt to apply the teachings of the Apex Automated Alerts. To be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, members must meet the following criteria:
- Provide concrete evidence of 100% program completion.
- Show proof of genuine implementation of the methods and strategies taught in the course.
- Confirm and demonstrate that they've seen no positive results from such implementation within the 30 days.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, the member must email billing@wealthyleads.com with all the necessary evidence outlined above.
Requests will be processed within 10 business days after receipt of all required information.
4. Exceptions & Exclusions
No refunds will be processed for members beyond the 60-day window from the date of purchase.
Any special offers, bonuses, additional content, or promotional prices are excluded from our refund policy. Purchases made under special or promotional offers are non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
